Job Summary

Managing the construction loan pipeline, the full-time remote Construction Loan Specialist will oversee the disbursement of funds to borrowers and contractors while ensuring project milestones are met and all documentation is accurately processed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support construction projects, ensuring all milestones are achieved
• Review construction loans to verify compliance with approval conditions and gather necessary documentation
• Act as a subject matter expert for product inquiries and assist branches with pre-disclosure reviews

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential mortgage lending, specifically with construction loans
• Strong understanding of conventional, government (FHA/VA), and Jumbo loan requirements
• Knowledge of state and federal real estate lending regulations
• Proven ability to prioritize and accomplish work goals in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in leading or developing team initiatives and collaborative projects
