Construction Management Program Lead

Job Summary

To support a major program and construction management team, the full-time remote Construction Management Program Lead will oversee Owner's Advisor services, ensuring effective management of construction activities, quality assurance, and security coordination while collaborating with federal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes guidance and leadership for construction management services and security activities, ensuring alignment with program objectives
• Directs construction management activities, overseeing contractor work and ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety requirements
• Monitors and reports on construction management and security activities, coordinating with stakeholders to maintain long-term client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in Owner's Agent PM/CM services for large, complex projects
• Significant experience with Progressive Design Build or relevant early contractor involvement methods
• Proven ability to manage personnel and complex assignments in matrixed organizations
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass federal background checks
