Job Summary
Leading a team of Project Managers, the full-time Construction Management Team Lead will oversee a portfolio of construction projects, ensuring successful delivery, financial accuracy, and client satisfaction while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, establishing performance expectations and conducting regular project reviews
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and addressing escalated concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Provide oversight of project performance related to scope, budget, schedule, and quality, ensuring adherence to company processes and standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of construction management or project management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success in managing multiple Project Managers and complex project portfolios
- Strong understanding of project controls, forecasting, risk management, and performance reporting
- Professional certification such as PMP, CCM, or DBIA is preferred
