Construction Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, ILA Construction to lead a team of project managers in overseeing site construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of construction project managers
• Oversee full lifecycle of site construction activities and ensure consistent execution across all projects
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and vendor performance while ensuring contract compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in construction management, preferably in telecommunications or infrastructure
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience managing teams
• Strong understanding of civil, electrical, and mechanical construction practices
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-site deployment programs
