Job Summary

A company is looking for a Smart Buildings Construction Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple performance contracting projects, ensuring effective execution by the project team and subcontractors
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, including risk management and compliance with safety and quality standards
• Oversee subcontractor management, procurement, and ensure all necessary permits and licenses are secured for projects

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree
• PMP certification
• OSHA 30 certification
• On-the-job experience demonstrating contracting skills and understanding of job financial reports
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
