Job Summary

A company is looking for a Smart Buildings Construction Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver multiple performance contracting projects, supervising the project team through all phases
Manage project plans, risk registers, and cost-control plans while ensuring compliance with execution plans
Oversee subcontractor scopes, procurement plans, and project schedules, ensuring timely payments and documentation

Required Qualifications

Associate degree
PMP certification
OSHA 30 certification
On-the-job experience in contracting and financial report management
Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
