Job Summary

A company is looking for a Smart Buildings Construction Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple performance contracting projects, overseeing all phases from planning to warranty
• Manage project plans, schedules, risk registers, and compliance with established execution plans
• Prepare progress billings, manage subcontractor scopes, and ensure all permits and licenses are secured

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree
• PMP certification
• OSHA 30 certification
• On-the-job experience with contracting skills and job financial reports
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
