Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Manager for New Store Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring alignment on schedule milestones and budget targets
• Serve as the primary liaison between construction project teams and internal partner organizations
• Manage customer and external partner relationships, ensuring accountability for quality and timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, Development Manager, or in related disciplines
• Experience in project management from design phase through implementation and operation is preferred
