Construction Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee multi-disciplined convenience store construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volume construction projects ranging from $5,000 to $500,000, overseeing planning, design, execution, and closeout
• Ensure timely project completion while adhering to plans, specifications, and local codes
• Interface with clients to define project requirements and prepare scope of work, cost estimates, budgets, and schedules

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of direct Construction or Project Management experience and/or training
• Previous experience with convenience stores (C-stores) is a plus
• Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings, and prepare budgets
• Capability to interpret complex documents including agreements, work letters, and construction drawings
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management and/or PMP certification preferred
