Construction Manager

Job Summary

Acting as a construction subject matter expert, the full-time temporary Construction Manager 5 will oversee constructability reviews, coordinate with stakeholders, and identify risks for data center campus projects while working remotely in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee constructability review and coordination for Early Works data center campus projects
• Act as construction subject matter expert during design development with AE firms and stakeholders
• Identify construction risks, cost impacts, and schedule implications early in the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction management, including heavy civil construction and large capital projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong experience with construction means and methods, including earthworks, grading, demolition, and site preparation
• 10+ years experience reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and managing project cost/schedule
• Experience with large-scale or mission-critical infrastructure projects (data centers preferred)
