Job Summary

Providing technical expertise in coordinating field activities, the full-time Construction Manager will manage construction schedules, ensure job site safety, and maintain quality control for new home construction while working remotely or onsite in Enterprise, AL, or Panama City, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate construction schedules for multiple neighborhoods to meet company goals
• Communicate with customers and conduct orientations to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Perform daily inspections and monitor job site safety, erosion, and sediment control standards

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of Construction Management experience in residential or multi-family construction
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
• OSHA 10/30 Construction qualification required within 90 days of hire date
• Technical ability to manage construction resources and resolve field problems
• Organizational aptitude for scheduling construction resources effectively
