Construction Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Construction consulting practice, the full-time Capital Projects & Contracts (Construction) Manager will manage client relationships, solve complex business problems, and mentor team members while working in a hybrid environment across Seattle and San Francisco.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects while ensuring compliance with contract terms and regulations
• Conduct audits of project controls and governance frameworks to improve transparency and performance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing impactful advice and solutions throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Construction, Engineering, Project Controls, or Capital Project Management
• Familiarity with construction project management tools such as Primavera P6, Procore, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated experience in project planning, budgeting, and cost management
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or PE are a plus
