Job Summary

Managing complex construction projects from design through grand opening, the full-time salaried Construction Manager will oversee project execution, budget management, and quality assurance while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards
• Develop and manage project strategies, schedules, and budgets, meeting all financial milestones
• Oversee design and engineering phases, including partner selection, contract negotiations, and procurement functions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in roles such as Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, or Development Manager
• Proven track record in project management from design phase through implementation
