Job Summary

To oversee construction projects and ensure quality standards, the full-time salaried Construction Manager will manage timelines, budgets, and team collaboration while working remotely in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain quality and compliance with building standards
• Conduct site inspections and address any issues to uphold safety and quality standards throughout the construction process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing residential construction projects
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
• Experience with project management software and tools
