Job Summary

Seeking a strategic Construction Manager for a remote contract role, this position will oversee complex operations projects, drive program execution, and ensure operational continuity across multiple metropolitan markets while leveraging 10+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Key responsibilities

• Drive program execution and operational continuity by supporting Construction Operations leadership
• Develop standard reporting formats and project documentation processes to provide leadership with visibility into program health
• Identify risks and dependencies using RAID management to proactively resolve issues and maintain project schedules and budgets

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction management
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency in Bluebeam software
• Experience in enforcing safety programs and mentoring team members on site safety commitments
