Construction Manager II

Job Summary

To support the construction of new homes, the remote full-time Construction Manager II will coordinate field activities, maintain construction schedules, ensure job site safety, and uphold quality control standards while prioritizing customer satisfaction throughout the building process.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate construction schedules across multiple neighborhoods to meet Century Complete goals
• Conduct regular customer communications and orientations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Perform daily inspections and monitor job site safety, quality standards, and vendor performance

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of Construction Management experience in residential or multi-family construction
• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
• OSHA 10/30 Construction qualification required within 90 days of hire date
• Technical construction ability to manage resources and resolve field problems
• Strong organizational skills for managing construction schedules and resources
