Construction Manager - Indiana

Job Summary

Leading project teams in a remote capacity, the full-time Construction Manager - Indiana will oversee project budgets, timelines, and customer expectations while managing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with contracts and permits.

Key responsibilities

• Review and understand project contracts and requirements to create and execute work plans and schedules
• Manage project team assignments and ensure on-time, under-budget project completion
• Communicate with internal and external customers, providing progress updates and managing project changes

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or civil engineering preferred
• Ten or more years of telecommunications OSP network design and construction experience or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of telecom construction, project budgeting, scheduling, and field operations
• Solid business acumen and experience managing large telecom construction projects
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
