Construction Monitoring Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the Construction Monitoring Specialist will review and manage construction loan activity, ensuring compliance with budgets, timelines, and bank requirements while collaborating with Lenders, Credit Officers, and Portfolio Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process construction loan draw requests for accuracy and compliance with loan terms
• Analyze project budgets, lien waivers, and inspection reports to ensure disbursements align with project progress
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate loan records

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Finance, Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction lending, loan operations, banking, or construction project management required
• Knowledge of construction draw processes and documentation preferred
• Proficiency in loan processing systems and Microsoft Products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment
