Construction Monitoring Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely within the Bank's footprint, the full-time Construction Monitoring Specialist will review and manage construction loan activity, ensuring compliance with budgets and timelines while collaborating with various stakeholders to support timely draw processing and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process construction loan draw requests for accuracy and compliance with loan terms
• Analyze project budgets, inspection reports, and related documentation to ensure disbursements align with project progress
• Collaborate with Lenders and Credit Officers to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate loan records

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction lending, loan operations, or construction project management required
• Knowledge of construction draw processes and documentation preferred
• Proficiency in loan processing systems and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment
