Construction Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in assembling construction financial and cost information and developing reporting on findings
• Work with trash provider to ensure waste management is set up for new store openings and removed for store closings
• Provide reporting that allows tracking of construction deliverables and new accounting guidelines are being followed, and calling out potential risks

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience using MicroSoft Office Products
• Some accounting administration background
• Passion for improving processes within a team
• Experience using project management databases and tools is preferred but not required
• Some utility coordination experience is a plus
