Job Summary

Supporting the development of sourcing strategies, the full-time remote Construction Operations Analyst will manage end-to-end sourcing processes, analyze supplier proposals, and build relationships with key suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing strategies, including supplier identification, RFP development, and contract negotiation
• Conduct market trend analyses and support strategic supplier reviews
• Prepare sourcing reports and collaborate with project teams to improve sourcing practices

Required qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and procurement within the construction industry
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and market intelligence
• Knowledge of contractor qualification and trade category dynamics
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
• Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and driving continuous improvement
