A company is looking for a Construction Ops Consultant to lead ERP and construction technology implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and optimization projects using Dynamics 365 F&O across construction management, cost control, and accounting functions
• Partner with clients to map current and future state processes in project management, billing, and cost management workflows
• Guide clients through change management and collaborate with technical teams for seamless integration and deployment

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing or managing ERP/technology platforms in the construction sector
• Deep understanding of construction project management, cost management, billing, and accounting principles
• Strong business process mapping and solution design skills
• Prior consulting experience preferred
