Job Summary

Construction Phase Manager, responsible for overseeing and improving Construction to Permanent lending operations, managing a team of Construction Loan Management Partners, and ensuring compliance and operational excellence in a full-time, salaried role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all Construction to Permanent loans from post-closing through completion and conversion
• Directly manage, train, and mentor Construction Loan Management Partners
• Ensure efficient management of construction pipelines and timely processing of draws

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of mortgage banking experience
• Minimum 5 years of Construction to Permanent lending experience
• Minimum 5 years of Encompass LOS experience
• Proven experience in leading and supervising operational teams
• No formal education requirement beyond relevant experience
