• Develop and execute the underwriting strategy and risk evaluation framework for the construction vertical
• Provide expert underwriting consultation on complex accounts and support business development efforts
• Analyze profitability trends and lead initiatives to enhance underwriting capabilities and knowledge dissemination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
• 10 years of commercial insurance underwriting experience with expertise in construction
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate at the executive level
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
