Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction & Renovation Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Process various loan programs including FHA, VA, and construction loans
• Request, review, and verify loan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain communication with customers and loan agents regarding loan status and updates

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience processing mortgage loans, particularly construction and renovation loans
• Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
• Understanding of compliance regulations and investor guidelines
• Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S
