Construction Program Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Program Consultant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Construction RFP/Bid Process, ensuring procurement standards and documentation are upheld
• Coordinate and track procurement orders and submittals with the Design Team, Vendors, and Project Managers
• Monitor vendor performance and provide reporting to Project Managers for informed decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in General Contractor Bid Administration or Estimating
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered
• Preferred experience in Retail Construction or Financial/Professional Services Sector
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products; experience with project management software preferred
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
