Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Program Consultant to support the Project Management Team on various initiatives impacting projects from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Construction RFP/Bid Process, ensuring procurement standards and documentation are upheld
  • Coordinate and track procurement orders with the Design Team, Vendors, and Project Managers using web-based systems
  • Monitor vendor performance and provide reporting to Project Managers for informed decision-making on project assignments
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in General Contractor Bid Administration, Bid Leveling, or Estimating
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, or CMM
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products; experience with Smartsheet or QuickBase is beneficial
  • Knowledge of project management software programs preferred (e.g., Kahua, Procore, OVP, Autodesk)
