Construction Program Manager

Job Summary

Construction Program Manager is a full-time remote position based in Eastern Standard Time, responsible for overseeing construction project progress, managing team activities, and ensuring timely completion of programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for staff
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities, including task assignments and scheduling
• Oversee cross-functional projects from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution of issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• PgMP or PMP certifications preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Ability to perform complex financial calculations
