Job Summary

Construction Program Manager, oversees federal renewable energy projects in the upper Mid-Western U.S. in a full-time role, ensuring project delivery, safety, and compliance while managing construction teams and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and leadership for construction project management delivering energy savings for government customers
  • Collaborate with engineering and construction teams on project design, scheduling, and vendor management
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of seven years in construction management, with at least five years on federal projects
  • Experience in industrial power, electrical/solar, mechanical, or engineering construction project management
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and project management regulations
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing, issued by resident state
