Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Project Management Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proofread construction reports for consistency before client issuance
  • Coordinate billing of construction reports with accounting
  • Assist in preparing proposals and conducting outreach to third-party consultants

Required Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to learn and utilize software platforms within the group
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
