- Enter project data and documentation into project management software
- Maintain project documentation control and assist with contracts and vendor paperwork
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leading construction company
- Graduated with honors from a reputable college is a plus
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Yardi experience preferred
