Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Construction Team to ensure project activities are completed on time
  • Enter project data and documentation into project management software
  • Maintain project documentation control and assist with contracts and vendor paperwork
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leading construction company
  • Graduated with honors from a reputable college is a plus
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Yardi experience preferred
