Job Summary
To support new-build projects and associated construction programs, the part-time Construction Project Coordinator will manage high-volume administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination efforts remotely, ensuring project continuity and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Execute back-office administrative tasks associated with project setup, tracking, and documentation
- Track and update project spreadsheets, milestones, and schedules using Excel and project tracking tools
- Act as a cross-functional coordination point among multiple stakeholders while supporting senior Cx Managers across various programs
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a construction delivery environment
- Understanding of construction deliverables such as builds, drawings, and closeout documentation
- Proficiency in Excel and workflow management tools
