Job Summary

Managing multiple projects for multi-site clients, the full-time remote Construction Project Coordinator will assist the project team with documentation, administration, and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance and effective communication among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
  • Set up projects in project management systems and maintain project documentation
  • Update project status and key milestones, and manage contracts, purchase orders, and change orders
  • Verify and manage payments to contractors and vendors, and coordinate project closeout documents
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of related professional work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in retail, restaurant, or multi-site construction projects preferred
  • Working knowledge of data analysis in Microsoft Excel and email management in Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with Smartsheets highly preferred
