Job Summary

Supporting the Project Management Office, the full-time remote Construction Project Coordinator will manage project documentation, assist in financial processes, and ensure smooth project execution throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
  • Assisting project managers from initial planning through to project closeout, ensuring compliance with quality standards
  • Maintaining project documentation and files while coordinating with vendors and managing purchase orders and budget approvals
  • Monitoring project databases and utilizing technology platforms to track performance metrics and ensure data integrity
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or real estate management in a project administration or coordination role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a matrixed corporate environment with a focus on data accuracy
  • Ability to navigate various technology platforms and learn new software applications quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with stakeholders
