Job Summary
Supporting the Project Management Office remotely, the full-time Construction Project Coordinator will manage project documentation, oversee financial processes, and assist project managers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure efficient execution of construction initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Maintaining compliance with project documentation and auditing requirements during project closeout
- Processing purchase orders, change orders, and budget approvals while ensuring meticulous organization of critical project files
- Collaborating with vendors and project managers to facilitate timely responses and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or real estate management in a project administration or coordination role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a matrixed corporate environment
- Strong communication skills for professional interactions with executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Aptitude for navigating multiple technology platforms and learning new software applications quickly
