Job Summary
To support the Project Management Office, the full-time remote Construction Project Coordinator will manage project documentation, assist in financial processes, and ensure smooth project execution across multiple systems while collaborating with project managers and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting project managers throughout the complete project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and quality standards
- Maintaining project documentation and files in compliance with requirements, ensuring projects are audited at closeout
- Processing purchase orders and budget approvals while organizing critical files to support seamless project execution
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or real estate management in a project administration or coordination capacity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a matrixed corporate environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with stakeholders
- Aptitude for navigating multiple technology platforms and quickly learning new software applications
