Construction Project Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Executive - Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers
• Oversee high-profile and complex projects with minimal executive oversight
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Industrial Construction industry, managing projects valued at $75MM+
• Certifications such as SPMP, PMP, CCM, or equivalent are a plus
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training
• Extensive experience managing construction project budgets
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with construction management software
