Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager II to oversee multiple construction projects throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all phases of construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors while tracking project progress and variances

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of Project Management experience in construction or site development projects
• Prior experience managing construction projects and subcontractors is strongly preferred
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) credential preferred
• Experience with financial management of construction processes, including budgets and purchase orders
