Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee enterprise-wide construction projects and implement project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and budget constraints
• Define project roles and responsibilities, acting as the owner's representative during construction meetings
• Track project progress, prepare status reports, and manage change control processes to ensure project success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in managing complex construction projects
• PMP certification preferred
• Detailed knowledge of PMBOK and project management best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Project, and other relevant software tools
