Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial due diligence for project feasibility, requirements, timeline, and cost
• Oversee construction management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, focusing on school conversions or similar projects
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of reducing build-out costs
• Experience in value engineering and construction bid optimization
• Familiarity with local permitting processes and regulations in Florida and/or Alabama
