Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial real estate construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the construction of various facilities from entitlement through final delivery
• Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers
• Lead pre-construction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and schedule management
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
