Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager - TI & Retrofits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Data Center construction projects, including budget and schedule management
• Coordinate activities with contractors and design teams, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets
• Manage documentation and close-out processes, including change orders and quality issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or 5-7 years of related project experience, or 10+ years of experience without a degree
• Experience in Technical Project Management or Coordination
• Background in Mission Critical or Industrial facilities project management
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Demonstrated ability to oversee vendor compliance to construction agreements
