Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on innovative construction delivery approaches
• Formulate and implement strategies for non-traditional delivery models in Air Force infrastructure programs
• Oversee planning and execution of MILCON projects under flexible acquisition frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in federal construction or acquisition programs
• In-depth knowledge of OTAs and CSOs
• Experience managing MILCON projects and ensuring compliance with DoD policy
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline
