Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager - Capital Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial real estate projects from planning to closeout
• Interface with clients to prepare project elements, including scope, budget, and schedules
• Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity throughout the project

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered
• Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices; ability to read architectural drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software; experience with Lucernex is beneficial
• Understanding of technical project scheduling to avoid work interruptions
• Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
