Job Summary

Construction Project Manager provides full-time management of design and construction activities for capital projects, overseeing communications, contract administration, and project financials to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project communications, contract administration, and change orders
• Oversee project financial projections and schedule requirements
• Interface with hospital operations leadership for project coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management for design and construction projects
• Experience facilitating project design and construction meetings and presentations
• Ability to develop conceptual project scope, schedules, and budgets
• Familiarity with construction processes and building/life safety codes
