Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of high-density data center development projects, the full-time remote Construction Project Manager will manage construction activities from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project delivery, including developing detailed project schedules and tracking progress
• Monitor project budgets and validate change orders, ensuring accurate financial reporting and cost alignment
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and vendors, leading coordination meetings and enforcing performance expectations

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of construction project management experience, specifically in mission-critical builds
• Strong background in MEP-heavy construction and managing technical project scopes
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency with construction management tools and scheduling software
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, and site coordination effectively
