Job Summary

Based in Salt Lake City, the full-time Construction Project Manager will manage design and construction activities for capital projects, overseeing project communications, contract administration, and financial projections while ensuring quality and timeliness in project delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage project communications, contract administration, and change orders for assigned capital projects
  • Develop conceptual project scopes, schedules, and budgets while facilitating design and construction meetings
  • Interface with hospital operations leadership to coordinate project activities and manage risks and contingencies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading project management for design and construction projects
  • Experience in developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets
  • Familiarity with construction processes and building/life safety codes
  • Ability to facilitate project-related meetings and presentations
