Job Summary
Managing all aspects of retail banking construction projects, the full-time Construction Project Manager will oversee planning, design, construction, and closeout while working remotely to ensure project objectives, budgets, and schedules are met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project lifecycle from initiation to completion, including scope, resource requirements, and risk identification
- Prepare project documentation and ensure data integrity and compliance with company and client standards
- Guide the project delivery team and create action plans to track progress and address project risks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of education and experience may be considered
- Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and advanced mathematical abilities for financial calculations
- Ability to analyze multiple information sources and exercise sound judgment
