Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing all phases of real estate projects, the full-time Construction Project Manager will oversee planning, design, construction, and closeout for retail banking HVAC projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Prepare project documentation including scope of work, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments
• Direct project delivery teams, track progress, and implement risk mitigation strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered
• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced organizational skills and sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources
