Job Summary
Representing clients and vendors throughout project lifecycles, the fully remote Construction Project Manager will oversee project organization, scheduling, and implementation, ensuring adherence to budgets and specifications for various construction initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Estimate and control construction costs by preparing budgets, evaluating bids, and ensuring project specifications are met
- Coordinate project activities by scheduling labor, equipment, and materials while managing vendor relationships
- Maintain project management documentation, oversee compliance with schedules and budgets, and facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management specifically in the trades industry
- Experience in project rollouts and delivering on-time results
- 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, including bids and contractor management
- Technical knowledge of core trades, terms, concepts, and repair resolution
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
